Natural Sweetness of Zahedi Dates

I am Alireza (Nima) Mohammadi, born in 1991 from Shiraz. My family roots and origins go back to Lamerd County, Fars Province. Our family has been working in the field of gardening and agriculture for nearly 40 years, and we have continued this valuable path with love and effort. Now, as the next generation of the family, I am in charge of managing a part of this green heritage. Our garden is located in the village of Fidavieh, Khonj County, near Qirokarzin County. This complex includes about 600 fruiting date palms (of the Zahedi variety) and 600 young two-year-old date palms that promise a fruitful future. Also, in addition to the date palm grove, we have a fruitful lemon garden and farmland for growing watermelons, cantaloupes, and yams. My goal in this path, in addition to continuing the family tradition, is to improve the quality of products, introduce them to domestic and international markets, and become a successful model in the field of sustainable agriculture and exports.
